  1. Cultivate students' career planning skills and enhance their competencies in teaching, educational administration, academic research, and educational promotion.
  2. Enhance students' competitiveness in research and employment through a diversified, systematic, and professional training process.
  3. Actively expand students' international perspective by organizing overseas educational internships and sending students to study at sister schools abroad.
  4. Foster students' passion for education and encourage them to provide educational services to underprivileged children in remote areas or even abroad during summer and winter breaks.
  5. Encourage students to apply for internships at educational administrative agencies during summer/ winter vacations in order to expand their practical understanding of education.

▋ Concept for future development / Strategy Planning

In order to meet the diverse demands on teacher qualifications and to expand forces on academic researches , the future development directions of our department are as follows:

  1. Adjust the curriculum structure to broaden students' perspectives and equip themselves with multiple educational expertise, allowing them to fully develop their potential and enhance their learning achievements and employment prospects.
  2. Improve teaching quality to enhance learning effectiveness. Cultivate students' innovative research abilities and  their career planning skills, thereby enhancing their knowledge and competencies in teaching (As educators), educational administration (As public servants), academic research (As researchers), and educational promotion (As education industry professionals).
  3. Foster students' enthusiasm for education and encourage them to provide educational services to underprivileged children in remote areas or even abroad during summer/ winter vocations.
  4. Strengthen and enhance students' bilingual teaching abilities. Offer specialized courses in elementary school bilingual teaching (comprehensive activities domain) and organize English learning communities, encouraging students to participate in English proficiency examinations.
  5. Enhance students' competitiveness in both research and employment through a diversified, systematic, and professional training process, while elevating the department's status in the field of educational academic research.
  6. Actively broaden the international perspective of our students by organizing overseas educational internships and facilitating student exchange programs with sister schools abroad.
